We are looking at bringing in Lori Jensen to work with the staff on McRel's Classroom Instruction that Works. This is not new (add to the ongoing), but is designed to provide the techniques/instructional tools for areas we are looking at during walk-through observations. For instance, the data tells us some are still having difficulty with posting learning objectives. The purpose of bringing Lori back on November 12th is to assist with providing the necessary professional learning for the staff in those areas we continue to struggle. We are not looking to "ding" someone for not doing something, yet the research-based instructional techniques we are including as data in our observations need to be completed.
